This visa allows a member of the family of an Indonesian national or of a foreigner holder of a KITAS to come and settle in the country.

• Valid passports for at least 30 months with 2 blank pages
• A copy of the main page showing the details of the passport
• A copy of covert page of the passport
• A copy of the current valid visa (valid for at least 60 days)
• Address in the country of origin
• Address in Indonesia (hotel or villa)Certificate of residence (SKTT) of Banjar or of a sub-district
• ID photo
• The family record book
• The family member’s KITAS or an identity document (parents or children)
