This single-entry visa will allow you to gain access to the Indonesian territory in order to do commercial, touristic, social or cultural activities

• A valid passport for at least 12 months
• A scanned file of the first main page of the passport
• A complete vaccination certificate (2 doses) translated in English
• A medical certificate in English stating that your vaccination is complete and that you are able to take the plane in case you are vaccinated only once with a positive PCR test.
• An ID photo : 4cm x 6cm, white background, in jpg format
• A declaration letter

• A negative PCR test (done less than 72 hours before the flight
• A medical certificate in English stating your complete vaccination and that you are ready to take the planeA health insurance (travel coverage up to 100,000 USD)

90 days from the day the visa was delivered or 60 days after entering Indonesian territory The visa can be extended up to 4 months, with additional fees of 60 euros per month.
